Terms and Conditions for Appliance Repair Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to Appliance Repair Done Right! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of appliance repair services by Appliance Repair Done Right! ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are not permitted to use our services if doing so is prohibited by law in your location.
3. Services Provided
We offer repair services for all major brands and types of household appliances, including but not limited to Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, Kenmore, Electrolux, KitchenAid, and Amana.
4. Service Requests and Scheduling
- Customers provide information about the appliance and the issue when booking a service.
- Appointment times are estimates; we will notify you promptly if there are any changes.
- Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in your account being flagged, which could affect your eligibility for future service appointments.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service appointments at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions or suspected misuse.
5. Estimates and Pricing
- A mandatory diagnostic fee will be charged for all service calls and is always part of the total bill.
- Labor fees apply only if repair work is performed.
- Parts required for repairs will incur a separate parts fee.
- Taxes will be added to the cost of any parts sold.
- We provide a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide; final charges may vary depending on actual diagnosis and parts required.
- Prices for parts and labor will be clearly communicated before proceeding with any repairs.
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty on Repairs
- Repairs without parts carry a 7-day warranty on labor only.
- Repairs involving parts carry a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor.
- If you purchase parts through Appliance Repair Done Right!, those parts and the labor associated with their installation fall under the 90-day parts and labor warranty.
-If you provide your own parts, the warranty covers labor only for 7 days; the parts themselves are not covered.
- Certain parts (e.g., electronic control boards, sensors) may be excluded from warranty coverage; these will be disclosed when applicable.
- Warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not cover new or unrelated issues.
7. Parts and Equipment
- We use new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or refurbished parts that meet manufacturer specifications unless otherwise requested.
- If required parts are refurbished, unavailable, or discontinued, we will inform you promptly.
8. Customer Responsibilities and Liability
- Customers must provide safe access to the appliance and workspace.
- Customers are responsible for backing up any data or settings on appliances with digital controls.
- We are not liable for damages or issues resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs after our service is completed.
- We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the appliance or its use following repair.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
- We disclaim responsibility for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow manufacturer instructions after repair.
- We do not assume responsibility for damages or losses to your property or home resulting from failure of parts after repair, including but not limited to water damage, electrical issues, or other consequential damages caused by parts breaking down following service.
10. Post-Repair Documentation and Liability Release
Upon completion of the repair service, Appliance Repair Done Right! may take notes, photographs, or other forms of documentation of the appliance and the work performed. This documentation serves as an accurate record of the appliance’s condition and the repairs completed at the time of service.
By accepting the completed service and making full payment, you acknowledge that the repair work was performed to your satisfaction and agree that this documentation accurately reflects the condition of the appliance post-repair.
Furthermore, once payment is made and service acceptance is confirmed, Appliance Repair Done Right! will have no further liability for any damages, losses, or issues arising from failure of repaired parts or other problems occurring after service completion, except as covered under the stated warranty terms.
11. Privacy
We collect personal information necessary to provide our services and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to provide services (e.g., payment processing).

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appliance Repair Done Right!, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.
13. Promotional Communications
By providing us with your contact information, you consent to receive promotional messages via email, phone calls, or text messages. You may opt-out at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 15 below.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and us.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action in courts located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. By using our services, you consent to this exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated directly to customers via email.
Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
